“My first trip to Spain was five years ago. Although back then my stay lasted only for a few days, the pleasant atmosphere and those smiling, relaxed people left a strong positive impression on me, and the desire to return and get to know life in Spain even better one day. Now, this cultural exchange program has made that possible.
When I found out about the Center for Affirmation and Development, I went for an informative interview where I received detailed information about the entire program. Without hesitation, I signed up and embarked on a wonderful adventure where you explore another culture, meet new people and their way of life, make friends, learn another language, but most importantly – get to know yourself, broaden your horizons and enrich your life experience.
For a month I lived in a small place called Collado Villalba, 40 kilometers away from Madrid in a family that is, to say the least, amazing. They accepted me and made me feel like one of them. From the first to the last day, they tried to help me, make my stay with them interesting and enriching, and teach me about Spanish culture and way of life as much as possible.
